[Fatah-Momin]

Aslaam Alaikum

Bismillah irakhmaan iraheem
[ينِسَآءَ النَّبِىِّ لَسْتُنَّ كَأَحَدٍ مِّنَ النِّسَآءِ إِنِ اتَّقَيْتُنَّ فَلاَ تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِى فِى قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوفاً - وَقَرْنَ فِى بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلاَ تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَـهِلِيَّةِ الاٍّولَى وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلَوةَ وَءَاتِينَ الزَّكَـوةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُـمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيــراً - وَاذْكُـرْنَ مَا يُتْـلَى فِى بُيُوتِكُـنَّ مِنْ ءَايَـتِ اللَّهِ وَالْحِكْــمَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفاً خَبِيراً ]


(33:32. O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep you have Taqwa, then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire, but speak in an honorable manner.) (33:33. And stay in your houses, and do not Tabarruj yourselves like the Tabarruj of the times of ignorance, and perform the Salah, and give Zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah wishes only to remove the Ar-Rijs from you, O members of the family, and to purify you with a thorough purification.) (33:34. And remember, that which is recited in your houses of the Ayat of Allah and Al-Hikmah. Verily, Allah is Ever Most Courteous, Well-Acquainted with all things.)


Wives [may Allah be pleased with them] are Ahley baite and Allah [swt]revealed for them they are not like any other women [it mean they are different in status from rest of the women of the world who so ever they are]. then on the Dua of RasoolAllah[saw] the general family of Abdul mutalib which include male and female were included in Ahley baite.[Arabic word used for member is muscular, which can include both male and female]
I know brother wasil would want to know my stand on the family of Syedna Ameerul Momineen Hz. Ali Assadullah, Saifullah, Abu Turab[ra].
By Allah[swt] he who try to find fault in Hz. Ali[ra] is looking to find fault in raising of him by RasoolAllah[saw] [May Allah save me from exaggeration of love for him(ra) ]
As is always the case younger child is always the most loved one, and the same is the case of Syeda Hz. Fatima[ra], So how can a believing Muslim not Love this noble and blessed lady of Jannah, who was loved dearly by her father[saw]
There is a saying in Urdu "Asal say ziada sood piyarah hota hai" interset is more desirable then principle which means that for a grand father grand children are more desirable/ lovable then his own children in this case their mother[Hz. Fatima] So one can imaging how much RasoolAllah[saw] use to love his grand children[ra]. No believing Muslim can deny this love to them[ra] May Allah[swt] save me from exaggeration in love for the grand children of RasoolAllah[saw]

Bro Hashim, when Fatah said "family of Abd ul Mutlib", doesn't that ecompass Ahlel Kissa also? I mean Syedna Ali R.A and Family R.A, Syedna Abbas R.A and Family R.A, Syedna Aqeel R.A and Family R.A.... They all come under the term "family of Abd ul Mutlib"... Syedna Salman Farsi R.A and family R.A are also ahlel bayt.. Another Sahabi R.A was also amongst Ahlel Bayt R.A (I don't remember his R.A name)

The only thing that bro Fatah mised is, rest of the daughter R.A of Prophet A.S are Ahlul Bayt...

I wonder, if Syedna Hussain R.A and Syedna Hassan R.A are ahlelbayt, why Syeda Umme Kalssom R.A, Syeda Zainab R.A, the sister in blood of Hussnain R.A are not included in Ahlel Bayt?

The following terms all have the same meaning:

a) Ahl al-Bayt = People of the House B ) Al al-Nabi SAWS = Family of the Prophet; the Umma c) Al Bayt al-Nabi SAWS = Family of the House of the Prophet d) `Itrat al-Nabi = [People of the] Mantle of the Prophet

However, in common usage, (a) and (d) have a more restrictive meaning, coinciding with (I) below, whereas (B ) and أ�آ� is more inclusive, usually coincide with (I), (II), and (III). The term "Al" (B ) is the most inclusive of all, since Nawawi reports among its meanings: "All of the Community." See his Tahdhib al-asma' wa al-lughat as well as his Tahrir al-tanbih under the entry "Al."

The People of the House of the Prophet are those for whom it is unlawful to receive zakat and whom the Prophet ordered all Muslims to respect, honor, and follow. They are:

I. `Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Husayn (in addition to their descendants: Muhassan, Zaynab, and Umm Kulthum [other children of `Ali and Fatima]; among the children of al-Hasan: Zayd, al-Qasim, Abu Bakr, `Abd Allah, `Umar, al-Hasan, `Abd al-Rahman, al-Husayn, `Amr, Muhammad, Ya`qub, Ja`far, Hamza, and Talha; among the children of al-Husayn: Abu Bakr, `Abd Allah, `Ali al-Kabir, `Ali Zayn al-`Abidin, `Umar, Fatima, Sukayna, Zaynab al-Sughra, and Umm Kulthum al-Sughra).

II. The wives of the Prophet [except that zakat is lawful for them by consensus, as reported by Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Bari (3:277) from Ibn Battal]:

1. Khadija bint Khuwaylid. She gave birth to: al-Qasim, `Abd Allah, Zaynab, Fatima al-Zahra', Ruqiyya, & Umm Kulthum.

2. Sawda bint Zam`a

3. `A'isha bint al-Siddiq

4. Hafsa bint `Umar

5. Zaynab bint Khuzayma

6. Umm Salama, Hind bint Umayya

7. Zaynab bint Jahsh

8. Juwayriyya bint al-Harith

9. Safiyya bint Huyayy

10. Umm Habiba bint Abi Sufyan

11. Maymuna bint al-Harith

12. Marya al-Qibtiyya, she was a surriyya (concubine). She gave birth to Ibrahim.

The prophet daughters

III. The Banu Hashim and the Banu al-Muttalib. [Except that zakat may be given to the wives of the Banu Hashim and to the freedmen of Banu al-Muttalib, by consensus as stated by Ibn Battal: related by Shawkani in Nayl al-awtar (4:175) and by Nawawi in Sharh Sahih Muslim (5:36).]

ask him that his freing mr muft already lost this debat on another forum

and he did not prove that wife are inculde in ahlabhat

the only person i found in histroy is hazart salman farsi r.a for him holy prophet said he is amoung our ahlbhat

so dear no way that wife are inculde

This thread was response to a question by Brother Wasil regarding my opinion about the family of Hz. Ali[ra], it goes without saying that all the daughters and grand children may Allah be pleased with them all are the family mentioned in 33:33.

Agree with u brother. Masha'Allah a very comprehensive definition you have provided. I believe, bro Fatah's understanding is at par with yours brother Hashim, at least in this particular matter. Bro Hashim, what makes u go seriously against Fatah? U go so far in doing that sometimes I feel I would not even do that with a Rafdhi and besides bro I have not seen u participating against rafdha. I request you to honor the truth which is he is as gud sunnah as you are brother. I request you to resolve your issue with him so that we can get back 2 the basics...

rofl, mootre, your brother was destroyed. Had I "lost" I wouldn't include the link in my signiture like that. Your brother was unable to furnish adeelah on half his claims and I even brought the answer of Seyyid Fadlallah (in a different thread) which demolished his imbecilic claims on 'Arabic language. Undoubtedly I probably made mistakes, but anybody can see that as soon as your brother lost, your other brothers came and spammed the thread to cover it from what had happened...

I do not know how long you may have known him, I have known Hashim for some years now, first I met him on Shia chit where he claimed to be Shia, then I stumbled on to his site, where he acted as a liberal Muslim trying to defend the "honour" of "ahlay Baite". The reason he came to this board was one of the members on this board posted my list of  Questions on shia chit, where their membership was humiliated and he is here to "avenge" that humiliation. LOL :) instead he has been making a fool of himself.
