barakallahu feeka akhee i would like to ask very knowledgable bros like muawiya or umarbinkhattab or mustafa if they could POST the clear CLASSICAL opinion of ahl as sunnha regarding the 12raafida shia ESPECIALLY the 4 imams.
so the IGNORANT rawaafid can see that the opinion of this forum is with the ijma of ahl as sunnah that ATLEAST shiaism is kuffr
and not that we r a bunch of extremists and so they will inshaallah recognize that their only friends are ahbash/barwelis and other sunni deviated cults.

On the motive of rafiddha. First of all we should know what the word means and what is its root. The word we call Rafiddah in arabic رافضة or رافضي for a person who is from that group came from the arabic root word رفض it means to throw , to deny , and it is commonly used as a verb that the person denyied or disagreed or throwed it . Now why they were termed as رافضة because of throwing fundemental concepts of islam like , there about 12 sects in Raffidha. One is معتزلة muutazila which denies the attributes of allah (astaghfirullah) and also they claim that every thing which happens either good deeds of humans or bad deeds are from allah (astaghfirullah) so there is no fault of man. It has to be happen . Although Allah says الحمد لله رب العالمين all the praises for allah the creator of all the universe. So this the رفض mutazilla did on the other hand there is another group of rafidah which is called qadriya قدرية who denies fate or taqdeer and says that there is no such thing as taqdeer or fate . And man is capable of doing everthing. But Prophet muhammad peace be upon told us that having faith in taqdeer is part of Imaan (refer hadith of iman , and isalam and ihsaan in sahih bukhari , muslim, tirmizi, nasaii.) Either good or bad , we should have faith in it. So these were the among the basic sects of rafidha which appeared at the times of sahaba or companions of prophet and and there are several hadiths in rejection of qadariya sect by abullah ibn umer and others propbably ( But i will give you reference inshallah ) on this forum Now The motive of rafidha in ahlu sunnah is that for which i have references, Imam Malik bin anas may allah be pleased with said : Dont do marraiges with qadaria and dont even Offer salat behind them( Reference to this saying and fatwa is narrated by Imam shams ud din zhabi الامام شمس الدين الذهبي in his compilation of biographies by the name of سير اعلام النبلاء which is a large collection of biographies of scholars , imams , suffis and biography of prophet muhammad peace be upon him and his companions and tabieens and there companions Imam zhabi is the considered the highest level of imam in criticism and equilism الجرح و التعديل and Asool ul hadith and اسماء الرجال this is an art or science of distinguishing the narrators and transmitors of hadith. And he is considered very strict in the matters of verifying hadiths and its narrators.

The Prophet has forbid making anything over the grave so why not take the Prophet's word. But even Imam Abu Hanifa forbade making any thing over the grave. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR ONE TO VISIT THE HOLY CITY OF MEDINA AND SEE FOR HISSELF WHAT IS THE SHAPE OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD PEACE BE UPON HIM GRAVE AND THE SHAPE OF THE GRAVES OF TWO CALIPHS. IN MUWAJAH SHARIFA. I THINK THE COMPANIONS OF PROPHET VERY WELL KNEW HOW TO MAKE GRAVES. SECONDLY PROPHET HIMSELF MADE THE GRAVE OF HAZART USMAN (RA) IN MADEINA BY PUTTING A ROCK AS A SYMBOL.(THIS IS ANOTHER COMPANION NOT THE CALIPH) AS NARRATED BY IMAM ABU DAOOWD IN SUNAN WITH AUTHENTIC LINE OF NARRATORS AS VERIFIED THE STATUS OF HADITH. SECONDLY PROPHET DID NOT SAID NOT MAKE ANYTHING , BUT HE SAID NOT MAKE IMARAT(BULIDINGS) EXACTLY OVER THE GRAVE (SAHIH MUSLIM). SECONDLY THE MOTIVE OF IMAM ABU HANIFA AND IMAM MUHAMAD (R.A) IS MENTIONED IN KITAB UL ASAR AS PROOF . THAT IT IS TO MADE

Dear bro Tariq AOA, few things i want to explain
1. The graves of Prophet PBUH and his companians RTA are not like hoof of camel they are leveled to ground and a few square inch area is left unmarbeled. I have heared a khutba of imam of Masjid Nabwi he said that i am here for a long time but never went near to that (pointing towards graves of Prophet PBUH and his companians RTA) Idol (buut).
2. Motazilla and Qadria are both could not be Rafidah. One beleive in Taqdeer and other dnt so one of them could be Rafidah. Any how this term Rafidah is used for Shias only.

Mod Note: This is just a reminder this thread was only started as some members at the time wanted to learn about some issues and their interpretation by different schools of Madhab, this thread is strictly not for debate or raising objection to the beliefs of other schools of thought [fiqh], just post the beliefs and interpretation followed by authentic refrence.

The Beard according to the Great Imams of JurisprudenceHanafiImam Muhammed (R.A.) writes in his book "Kitabul Aathaar" where he relates from Imam Abu Hanifa (R.A.) who relates from Hadhrat Haytham (R.A.) who relates from Ibn Umar (R.A.) that he (Ibn Umar) used to hold his beard in his hand and cut off which was longer. Imam Muhammed (R.A.) says that this is what we follow and this was the decision of Imam Abu Hanifa. Therefore, according to Hanafies, to shorten the beard less than a FIST LENGTH is HARAAM and on this is IJMA (concensus of opinion). Shafi'iImam Shafi (R.A.) in his Kitabul Umm states, "To shave the beard is HARAAM." (Shari Minhaj dar Shara Fasl Aqueeqa). MaalikiShekh Ahmad Nafarawi Maliki in the commentary of Imam Abu Zayed's booklet states, "to shave the beard is without doubt haraam according to all Imams." It is also mention in "Tamheed" which is a commentary of "Muatta" (Sunnan Imam Malik (R.A.)) that to shave the beard is HARAAM and among males the only ones to resort to this practice (of shaving) are the HERMAPHRODITES (persons who possess both male and female features and characteristics). HanbaliThe Hanbalies in the famous Al-Khanie'a Hanbali Fatawa Kitab state that "to grow the beard is essential and to shave it is HARAAM." Also in the Hanbali Mathab books "Sharahul Muntahaa" and "Sharr Manzoomatul Aadaab", it is stated "The most accepted view is that it is HARAAM (prohibited to shave the beard)." Also note, according to scholars of Islam: "To shave off the beard is unlawful (haraam) and one who shaves his beard is legally speaking an unrighteous fellow (FASIQ); hence, it is NOT PERMISSIBLE to appoint such a man as an Imam. To say Taraweeh behind such an Imam is MAKRUH-E-TAHRIMI (near prohibition)" (Shami Vol.1, p.523) The Durre-Mukhtar states: "No one has called it permissible to trim it (the beard) less than FIST-LENGTH as is being done by some westernized Muslims and hermaphrodites." (Vol. 2, p. 155). Also, "It is forbidden (haraam) for a man to cut off another's beard." (Vol. 5, p. 359). www.islam.tc/beard/beard.html

The Islamic Ruling on Shi`ites The Mirage in Iran by Dr. Ahmad al-Afghaanee Edited and Translated by: Abu Ameena Bilal Philips Early Scholars - Imaam ash-Shaafi`ee On one occasion ash-Shaafi`ee said concerning the Shi`ites, " I have not seen among the heretics a people more famous for falsehood than the Raafidite Shi`ites." [Ibn Taymeeyah, Minhaaj as-Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah, 1/39] On another occasion he said, " Narrate knowledge from everyone you meet except the Raafidite Shi`ites, because they invent Hadeeths and adopt them as part of their religion." [Ibid, p. 38] - Imaam Abu Haneefah It was reported that often Abu Haneefah used to repeat the following statement about the Shi`ites, " Whoever doubts whether they are disbelievers has himself committed disbelief." [source is missing , pls post if available] - Imaam Maalik Once Maalik was asked about them and he replied, " Do not speak to them nor narrate from them, for surely they are liars." [Minhaaj as-Sunnah, 1/37] During a class of Imaam Maalik, it was mentioned that the Raafidite Shi`ites curse the Sahaabah. In reply, he quoted the Quranic verse, " Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and those with him are harsh with the disbelievers and gentle among themselves. So that the disbelievers may become enraged with them." He then said, " Whoever becomes enraged when the Sahaabah are mentioned is one about whom the verse speaks." [Tafseeer al-Qurtubee, Soorah al-Fath; Editors note: That is, anyone who is enraged by the mention of the Sahaabah is a disbeliever, because the verse says, " the disbelievers may become enraged with them (Sahaabah)."]

I have heared a khutba of imam of Masjid Nabwi he said that i am here for a long time but never went near to that (pointing towards graves of Prophet PBUH and his companians RTA) Idol (buut). Dear person,
comparing the graves of prophets and sahabas with idol is what we say ignorance with teachings of quran and sunnah allah said in surah baqra: انّ الصفا و المروة من شعائر الله indeed safa and marwa are from the signs of allah
Question : Those are only two mountains?
then why allah is attributing them to be his symbols.
شعائر is the plural word for شعيرة it means any thing which informs about the other thing (tafseer khazan) meaning these things create a link between allah and his followers and remebrence, although it was only two mountains but the patient and saint wife of prophet ibrahim pbuh ran in between these two mountains 7 times and that what become the part of Hajj and umrah ritual which is compulsory to complete during hajj and umrah and sunnah of prophet pbuh. So if those two mountains became allahs signs so what about the saint of the saint and Leader of all the Prophets for which allah swear in Quran surah balad لا اقسم بهذا البلد و انت حلا بهذا البلد I swear upon this city and you are residing in it
As a matter of fact all the graves of allahs beloveds becomes signs of allah
Allah said in surah hajj و من يعظم شعائر الله فانها من تقوى القلوب who so ever respects the signs of allah , indeed its from the fearing from the hearts.
allah didnt said safa and marwa are only the signs and attributes towards allah but said thy are from the signs(شعائر meaing there are or more than 3. I saw many people kissing the kaaba and hajar e aswad and holding water of zam zam as symbol of fortune, considering it the only holy place but what are the reasons behind the holiness of these places. YOU MIGHT FORGOT THAT.
allah said in surah baqra اتخذوا مقام ابراهيم مصلّى make the place(foot mark location) of Ibrahim (A.S) the location of salat.
whats the reason behind that , there were many places although maqam ibrahim is worth to be call as but because its purely a stone but our brothers in mecca having such a wisdom doesnt understand the defination of shirk at that time and always stick it to GRAVES and thats all. astaghfirullah
If you red my previous posts then you should able to understand the time difference between today and the time of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and especially the time of imam abu hanifa and his companions may allah be pleased with them.
I quoted the the reference of كتاب الآثار of imam muhammad bin hassan alshaybani (R.A) who is amnong the highest disciple of imam abu hanifa (RA). And he narrates in his book and theme of that: A traveller came from madina munawwara to imam abu hanifa and imam muhamad and described the aspects of grave of prophet muhammad pbuh as follows : it is higher and shapes imitate the hoof of the camel . On that imam abu hanifa (ra) give verdict that on this our madhab is . Or our fatwa is on that .
Please refer Kitabul AASAR. Secondly , if you say that there were no graves in saudia arabia. so infact thats an ignorance from history. Abudul wahah najadi the founder of wahabi sect in 1143 hijri invaded madina and mecca and demolished the graves from janat ul baqee and from many places and he did many other things which i cant write them now but he was not successful in destroying the tomb of Prophet muhammad pbuh and his companions inside thee muwajah sharifa. Read Kitab ul tauheed of ibn abdul wahab najadi Also read historical events from the authentic sunni hanafi fiqha book رد المختار شرح در المختار of imam ibn aabdeen shami hanafi rehmatullah. And read the history of saudia arabia which is round about 80 years old. I can name as many books of histroical events if you like arabic authors. نحمده و نصلى على رسوله الكريم فاما بعد فاعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
THE METHOD OF VISITING THE GRAVE OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD(PBUH)
MOTIVE OF IMAM ABU HANIFA (My allah be pleased with him)
48 Narrated by ibn umar(ra) he said : It is from the sunnah the you come to the grave of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him from behind and put your back towards the Qiblaa and and welcome the grave with your face(face towards the grave) and then say: May peace and mercy and blessings of allah upon you oh Prophet (pbuh)
THIS THE MOTIVE OF IMAM AZAM ABU HANIFA NUUMAN BIN THABIT (RA) in this matter as the narrater of hadith is himself imam abu hanifa from nafaa who is a tabii and abudullah ibn umar who is companion of prophet(PBUH)
SO IF SUPPOSE ANY WEAKNSS COMES IN THE CHAIN OF NARRATORS AFTER IMAM ABU HANIFA (RA) EVEN SO IT DOESNT MATTER FOR HANAFIA BECAUSE THE DHUF OR WEAKNESS WILL BE FELLING BEYOND TABII AND MOTIVE OF IMAM ABU HANIFA (RA) IS CLEARED FROM HADITH AND IMAM ABU HANIFA IS HIMSELF A TABII AND AUTHENTIC AND SAYINGS OF TABII IS ITSELF A FORM OF HADITH IN SCIENCES AND PRINCIPLE OF HADITH THAT IS

نحمده و نصلي على رسوله الكريم فاما بعد فاعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمان الرحيمIMAM MALIK BIN ANAS (RA) AND INTERCESSION NEAR GRAVE AND DUAA(PRAYER)
Imam Alqadhi iiyadh bin musa almaliki (ra) quotes the tradition with its chain of narators: that ibn hameed(ra) says : that ameer ul momeneen abu jaffar had a dailogue with imam malik bin anas(ra) in masjid nabawi. Imam malik(ra) said oh ameer ul momneen dont raise your voice the mosque because allah (swt) taught manners to nation that you must not raise your voices from the voice of messenger of allah(verse of quran) and allah (swt) praised one nation that no doubt in those people who lowers their voices near allah's messenger(ayat) and allah (swt) criticisized one nation and said: those people who calls you (Pbuh) from the front of your rooms(ayat) , and there is no doubt that the respect and honour of Prophet muhammad(pbuh) after passing away is similar to what it was in his life. On that ocassion abu jaafar selflessly lowerd his voice and asked from Imam malik bin anas(ra) that oh abu abdullah : should i face towards qibla in my prayers(duaa) or should i face towards Prophet muhammad(pbuh) Imam malik(ra) said: why do you turn your from Prophet muhammad (pbuh) however he(muhammad pbuh) is yours and your father Adam's(pbuh) means of intercession near allah(swt) at the day of judgement . then imam malik(ra) said: instead(of changing direction) face towards him(pbuh) and make him intercessor and allah will aceept his(pbuh) intercession. Allah (swt) said :
And if when they did wrong to themselves came to you and ask forgiveness of God and the Prophet also asked for forgiveness for them ....ayat)

Imam taqi ud din ali bin abdul kaafi assubkli alshafii(ra) quoutes the above mentioned tradition with reference to Imam qazi iyadh bin musa alamaliki(ra) and says: هو اسناد جيد that is a excellent chain (of narrators) ref: شفاء السقام صفحة 115 للامام القاضي تقي الدين علي بن عبد الكافي السبكي الشافعي رحمه الله
And then he described the quality of each and every narrator and transmitter and authenticated them and then he states in furthur : Look towards this tradition or story and nature of authenticity of its narrators and its compatibility to that which is narated by imam ibn wahab (ra) from imam malik(ra) . ref: شفاء السقام الصفحة 117 للامام السبكي رحمه الله
This tradition is also narrated by allama nur ud din samhoodhi almadini in his bookوفاء الوفاء vol.2 and he states that its chain of narators is excellent and this tradition of authentic chain of narators and transmitters clearly states that Imam malik bin anas(ra) is agreed with intercession near the grave of Prophet(pbuh) after his death(pbuh) with respect to this verse of quran in surah nisa( And if when they did wrong to themselves came to you and ask forgiveness of God and the Prophet also asked for forgiveness for them ....ayat) and to him it is proved to request for asking forgiveness and this reasoning of imam malik (ra) is absolutely correct ,clear and true and there is no doubt in it. وفاء الوفاء : للعلامة نور الدين السمهودي المدني
to be continue......

نحمده و نصلي على رسوله الكريم فاما بعد فاعوذ با لله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم [/size] Allama ibn temiiya also states in his fatawa:
A majority (scholars) have said like imam malik (ra) and imam ahmed(ra) and others that "salam" should be given by facing the grave (of Prohet Muhammad Pbuh) and that is what mentioned by followers of Imam shafii(ra) . and I think this also quoted by imam Shafii(ra) .
