Narrated Abu Huraira(r.a): I heard Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) saying, "If there was a river at the door of anyone of you and he took a bath in it five times a day would you notice any dirt on him?" They said, "Not a trace of dirt would be left." The Prophet added, "That is the example of the five prayers with which Allah blots out (annuls) evil deeds." Anas bin Malik(r.a) reported: They (the Companions) discussed that they should know the timings of prayer by means of something recognized by all.Some of them said that fire should be lighted or a bell should be rung.But Bilal was ordered to repeat the phrases twice in Adhan, and once in Iqama. Narrated Zaid bin Arqam(r.a): In the life-time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) we used to speak while praying, and one of us would tell his needs to his companions, till the verse, 'Guard strictly your prayers (2.238) was revealed. After that we were ordered to remain silent while praying. Narrated 'Aisha(r.a): When the Prophet (peace be upon him) became ill, some of his wives talked about a church which they had seen in Ethiopia and it was called Mariya. Um Salma and Um Habiba had been to Ethiopia, and both of themnarrated its (the Church's) beauty and the pictures it contained. The Prophet raised his head and said, "Those are the people who, whenever a pious man dies amongst them, make a place of worship at his grave and then they make those pictures in it. Those are the worst creatures in the Sight of Allah." Narrated By Ibn Abbas : A person died and Allah's Apostle ( used to visit him. He died at night and (the people) buried him at night. In the morning they informed the Prophet (about his death). He said, "What prevented you from informing me?" They replied, "It was night and it was a dark night and so we disliked to trouble you." The Prophet went to his grave and offered the (funeral) prayer. Narrated Ibn 'Umar:

Allah's Apostle said: Islam is based on (the following) five (principles):

1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Apostle.

2. To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.

3. To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory charity) .

4. To perform Hajj. (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca)

5. To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.

It is related that Abu Huraira(r.a) said, "I said, 'Messenger of Allah(pbuh), I hear many hadiths from you which I forget.' He said, 'Spread out your cloak.' I spread it out, he scooped with his hands and then said, 'Embrace it.' I embraced it at my chest and never forgot anything after that." Sahih Muslim Book 020, Number 4543:   

   It has been narrated by Abu Huraira that the Holy Prophet (may pceace be  upon him) said: Banu Isra'il were ruled over by the Prophets. When one  Prophet died, another succeeded him; but after me there is no prophet  and there will be caliphs and they will be quite large in number. His  Companions said: What do you order us to do (in case we come to have  more than one Caliph)? He said: The one to whom allegiance is sworn  first has a supremacy over the others. Concede to them their due rights  (i. e. obey them). God (Himself) will question them about the subjects  whom He had entrusted to them.

Sahih Muslim Book 020, Number 4544:

Is there anyone asking for anything? I will give it to him? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness, I will forgive him?' Narrated Anas(r.a):

A banquet of bread and meat was held on the occasion of the marriage of the Prophet to Zainab bint Jahsh. I was sent to invite the people (to the banquet), and so the people started coming (in groups). They would eat and then leave. Another batch would come, eat and leave. So I kept on inviting the people till I found nobody to invite.

Then I said, O Allah's Prophet! I do not find anybody to invite.
He (the Prophet) said, Carry away the remaining food. Then a batch of three persons stayed in the house chatting. The Prophet left and went towards the dwelling place of Aisha(r.a) and said, Peace and Allah's Mercy be on you, Ya Ahlel Bayt (O the people of the house)

She replied, Peace and the mercy of Allah be on you too. How did you find your wife? May Allah bless you.

Then he went to the dwelling places of all his other wives and said to them the same as he said to Aisha(r.a) and they said to him the same as Aisha had said to him....May Allah Almighty shower His blessing and favour upon Prophet Mohammad(pbuh),His Pure Family,Noble Companions and all those who follow Him(pbuh) until the day of judgement.Ameen

Nawwas bin Sam`an(May Allah be pleased with him)reported:I asked Messenger of Allah(PBUH)about virtue and sin,and he said:Virtue is noble behaviour,and sin is that which creates doubt and you do not like people to know about it.''[Muslim].
