All Members of the forum must comply with the following Rules & Regulations:-

01. A single word against ALLAH or the Prophets (a.s) will not be tolerated and is most likely to result in a Permanent Ban without any warning.

02. If any member is found using abusive, bad words, belittling (or double meaning terms) in regards to the Sahabah , Ahl-e-Bayt (r.a), four A'aima Ahl-e-Sunnah or the Scholars/Authorities of Ahl-e-Sunnah, will receive appropriate warning. (or a ban at Admin's discretion)

03. If any member misbehaves or use abusive language in his/her post or to any member(s) [Private Message (PM) or in the Forum], he/she will receive a warning with possible suspension (and subsequent warnings or a Ban if repeated).

04. Due to constant belittling of other members, in future any posts that contain cursing, name-calling or any other personal remarks will be deleted in their entirety and multiple violations will lead to a warning (and subsequently a ban).

05. Post contents, Signatures/Avatars of sexual nature (pictures, explicit language etc) will result in a Permanent Ban.

06. Moderators will have full rights to edit/delete any thread/post with inappropriate language or using double meanings words in addition to the useless/spam threads (and issue a warning).

07. Post your messages on desired Forum, any irrelevant post will be deleted/moved from the Forum without any notice.

08. Creating the same threads in more than one Forum, or in the same Forum, will be deleted.

09. If anyone try to change the topic of the thread, Moderators reserve the right to edit/delete the post(s).

10. Posts/Signatures containing heavy-images (taking time to load up), will be edited/removed. Consider other Members with slower connections. (Re-size the images or use thumbnails)

11. To avoid advertising, posting links to other Forums are not allowed.

12. Posts concerning issues not related to the HCY Mission Statement, can be locked/deleted any time, or if involving any third party issues. HCY Forum will not entertain any posts of a Political, Jihadi or of a Press-release items nature.

13. Admin reserves the right to Ban the IP address of the Member (or to Ban their additional accounts), if he/she found using/registering multiple IDs on Forum.

14. Members with abusive names/nicks will be Banned immediately.

15. Members disturbing/spoiling the environment of the Forum, will be warned immediately.

16. Members have 3 warn levels, 1 warn level is 33%. On each warning level, the Moderator has rights to Temporary Ban, disable from posting or to put the suspicious Member under observation.

17. Moderator's decision cannot be discussed on Forum. Anyone not satisfied with the action taken against him/her, should post his/her objections on "HCY Forum Rules & Warning Issues" in the Sub-Forum topic "Warned and Banned Members".

18. Any Member found in posting/replying Sectarian or inter-sectarian issues, will be warned 33% without any arguments and will be Banned for 100% on its third warning.

19. The "Sectarian Mafia" will be kept under observation & Mods/Admins will be fully authorized to edit/delete such posts which directly/indirectly violates the Forum Rules or HCY Mission Statement.

20. Articles related to HCY Mission can be copy-pasted for info purpose (posts must not be to too long to hect anyone).

21. Members must respect while debating among Female members on board, failure for such will be treated with immediate warning and will be Banned for 100% on its third warning. However, if the nature of debate is too much humiliating, will be immediately Banned for 100%.

22. Please use such a language which is appropriate for Dawah.

23. Avoid using:
  a. complete posts in BOLD
  b. complete posts in colored
  c. unusual bigger font sizes
  d. different languages under different boards

24. If any member found using abusive, hate or filthy words towards Shia Saints (such as their 12th Imam), his/her post or thread will be edited and the member will receive appropriate warning. (or a ban at Admin's discretion)

25. Members in forum, can post any reported news happening (with online source to that incident). However, members in posts should avoid praising terror/bomb attacks both on Muslims as well as on Shias. Such post/comments will be edited/deleted and the member will receive appropriate warning.

Anyone found not complying the Rules, will be warned and subsequently Banned from the Forum. HCY Team reserves the rights to change or amend these rules anytime with the mashwara of HCY-SHURA, with/without any prior notice.
