In this thread i simply wanted to know what is the Shia view on those who revile and insult the Prophet's family... not the Shia members individual views, but those of their scholars throughout the centuries.
And no need to get into another argument, just give the Shia Ulama's view. I know that it is generally accepted by Shias that such people are out of the fold of Islaam, but it would be good to be sure.

But I think it is very wrong to insult Ahlulbayt and all Grandsons and daughters of the prophet (Sadeh)... Its called respect!

so slandering Al-Thakal al-Asghar deserves death.
What about those who slander Al-Thakal Al-Akbar by claiming that the Book of Allah (swt) is manipulated, contradictious and contains silly verses?
They remain highly respected priests in your sect.
So blasphemy is appreciated, but rejecting a baseless concept like the Imaamat is Kuffr akbar.
