Pen & Paper Mystery Solved

By mohammadfarhan

Shia always claim that Umar[ra] & companions[ra] didnot gave pen & paper to prophet[pbuh] when he was ill, & prophet[pbuh] wanted to write wilayat/khalifat of Ali[ra]!

Lets see the truth:

1. Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim:

U'rwa bin Abdullah says: I asked Imam Baqir [A.S], how is to do ornamentation on sword? He (Imam Baqir) replied: It is fine (legitimate) since Abu Bakr Siddiq [R.A] had also costumed (ornamented) his sword. I asked, do you also call him as Siddiq? Imam Baqir stood up in awe and facing towards the Qiblah, said: "Yes he is Siddiq! Yes he is Siddiq! Yes he is Siddiq"; the one who not say him (Abu Bakr) a Siddiq, may Allah falsify his sayings both in the world and hereafter. Mutah is renting a woman

Shia Website [not allowed] Says A Woman Who Enters Into Mutah is "Rented"

The Shia website, [not allowed], says:

In this point there are specified hadith as well as the general hadith which state that a woman who enters into mut'a is "rented".

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/3.htm)

In another place, [not allowed] continues:

"In other words, she has been "rented" for the purpose of sexual intercourse"

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

If one reads Shia Hadith, it becomes very clear that the woman is treated as "rented" property. In fact, the Shia books of Fiqh contain a section entitled The Loaning of Vaginas. A gangsta rapper once said that he would rent booty by the hour; one can understand such vulgar speech from a hoodlum, but it is very perplexing when the Shia Ulema and scholars of Hadith use similar terminology whereby they claim that men "rent" women, and that too by the hour!

The Shia website, [not allowed], says the following about Mutah:

If the role of the time period is to contain a stipulated number of sexual acts, whenever the number is finished, the woman is free of any further obligation to the man.

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/3.htm)

Mutah is very similar to prostitution: after the woman does a certain number of sexual acts on the man, then she is free from him after that. Is this not the attitude of the Kufaar who have the vulgar philosophy of wham, bam, thank you ma'am? Subhan-Allah, can this really be the religion of guidance which allows such a thing?

According to Shia Fiqh, a man "rents" a woman for a specified number of hours or days during which he can have sex with her. But if on certain days she doesn't have sex with him, then the price he pays for her goes down. The exception is her menstruation days since it is impermissible to have sexual relations on those days. The Shia website, [not allowed], says:

A man came to the Imam Ja'far and said: I concluded a contract of muta with a woman for one month for a given amount, But the woman only came to me for part of the month, and part she stayed away. The Imam replied: An amount should be held back from her dower equivalent to the amount she stayed from you, except for the days of her menstruation, for those belong to her.

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/3.htm)

The price the man pays the woman (i.e. the dower) goes down if she doesn't have enough sex with him; it would not be a stretch to say that the Shia scholars are nothing but pimps who closely regulate the institution of prostitution under the guise of religion.

In the Shia Mutah, the man can regulate when he wants to see the woman; it is very common, for example, for the man to stipulate that he only wants to see her at night-time. In other words, he simply wants to have sex with her and does not want to have anything else to do with her for the rest of the day. The Shia website, [not allowed], says:

It is permissible for the contract to stipulate as a condition a particular time for meetings between the husband and wife, such as daytime or night-time. As already mentioned, it is also permissible for a given number of sexual acts for a given period to be stipulated, as for example, during one day or over the whole period of the marriage.

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

It is altogether amazing how Shi'ism facilitates the defiling of women and makes it easy for men to do that. In a normal marriage, man and wife must jointly make the decision to perform coitus interruptus (i.e. prevent pregnancy). However, in the Shia Mutah, the right is given to the man completely. We read that there is:

a consensus of the ulama on this point. They say the consensus derives from a hadith reported from the Imam Ja'far:"That [semen] belongs to the man: he may expend it as he wishes." [9]

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

And what about the egg (i.e. ovum) which belongs to the woman? Why is it that she has no right in preventing the pregnancy when the ovum belongs to her? In Shia Fiqh, it is Haram for the woman to prevent the pregnancy without the permission from the man, and yet the man has the right to do so without the permission of the woman. This is quite the double standard.

The Shia Ulema make it clear that Mutah is done for sex, and that this is the basic aim. We read:

In contrast to permanent marriage, the basic aim of muta is enjoyment, not the production of offspring. [10]

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

In a marriage, the basic aim is to create a family bonded by love and affection for all time. On the other hand, the Shia Mutah is just for enjoyment, whereby a man can enjoy renting out women, without any responsibilities on the man. If the woman becomes pregnant during Mutah, then the husband has the option of seizing custody of the child:

If the woman becomes pregnant such that the pregnancy derives from the period of muta, the child belongs to the husband, even if he performed coitus interruptus.

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

So the man has the right to seize the custody of the child, but in Shia Fiqh, the man can have his cake and eat it too. If he simply wants to deny the child, then he can also do that. In other words, the man has the right to either seize the custody of the child or simply abandon the child, based upon his own whim. We read:

However, if the man should deny the child, then it does not belong to him; the sworn allegation required in permanent marriage is not necessary sworn allegation is unnecessary in mutah his word alone will be accepted and there is no need for him to make a sworn allegation (i.e. that the child is not his)in the case of denying parentage, by a consensus of the ulama it is unnecessary for the man to make the sworn allegation.

(source: [not allowed], http://www.[not allowed]/al-serat/muta/4.htm

In other words, a man can have sex with a woman by "renting" her, but absolve himself of all responsibilities; if the woman should get pregnant as a result of the Mutah, he can simply deny it and the Shia court would not even require the man to take an oath to God about the matter! In fact, the Shia Fiqh is very specific on this point, namely that the man is excused from swearing to God about such a matter. The consequence is that the poor woman would be forced to take care of the child as a single mother without support from the father.

Even the Kufaar living in the West have better morals than this, for they force a man to pay child support if he engages in fornication that results in a pregnancy. On the other hand, the woman who does Mutah has no such rights; to explain this, we read what [not allowed] says:

Al-Shahid al Thani, al-Shaykh al-Ansari and al-Shaykh Muhammad al-Hasan claim consensus on this question. They point out that the bed of mutah does not hold the same high position as the bed of a permanent wife, since a wife by mutah a is a rented woman. [13] On this point two hadith have been recorded. [14]

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

The man can demand sex whenever he pleases and this is stipulated in the Mutah contract, which is binding on the woman after that. This is a right granted only to the man, and the woman has no right in that. We read:

Moreover, the woman cannot demand a right to sexual intercourse in temporary marriage, a demand which is essential in the establishment of forswearing in permanent marriage. The only thing the woman may demand is the dower, to which she is entitled as a "rented" woman. [18]

(source: [not allowed], http://www.al-islam....erat/muta/4.htm)

After reading this it really shocks me that any girl would remain Shia. May Allah save us from such a religion which exploits and defiles women for "pleasure" and "enjoyment".

By: TripolySunni

Edited by: Mohammadfarhan

Let's name some of the killers of Imam al Hussein RA.

Firstly the Army that attacked Hussein[ra] in karbala:

((وأصبح عمر بن سعد فعبأ أصحابه ، وقد بلغوا إلى ذلك اليوم ثلاثين ألفا ، فجعل الميمنة لعمر وبن الحجاج ، والميسرة لشمر بن ذي الجوشن ، وعلى الخيل عزرة بن قيس ، وعلى الرجالة شبث بن ربعي))

“And they reached thirty thousand on that day, So Amr bin al Hajjaj was given command of the right side of the army, and Shimr bin thu al JawshanAzrah bin Qays took the left side, The one who was leading the riders was ‘, The one who was leading the foot soldiers was Shibth bin Rab’ee.“

Source: Al Irshad by shia scholar al Mufid 2/97.

Now who were some of the people who wrote to Hussein RA, so that he might come to kufah and be their Imam:

ثم كتب شبث بن ربعي وحجار بن أبجر ويزيد بن الحارث بن رويم وعزرة بن قيس وعمرو بن الحجاج الزبيدي ومحمد بن عمــــير التميمي، أمّا بعد، فقد اخضرّ الجناب وأينعت الثــمار فإذا شئت فاقــــدم على جند لك مجنّدة والسلام —

Then you have al Shimr, who was he?:

“Shirm bin Thu al Jawshan was amongst the supporters of The Caliph Ali PBUH in the battle of Siffin.“

Shia sources: Safeenat al bihar by Sheikh al-Tusi 4/3. Bab al Sheen Ba’ad al Meem p492.

“This Zhr bin Qays had witnessed the battle of JAMAL and SIFFIN alongside Ameer al Mumineen Ali PBUH as well as al-Shibth bin Rab’ee and Shimr bin thu al Jawshan al Dababi, then they fought against al Hussein PBUH on the day of Karbala so they had a horrible ending and we seek refuge in Allah from such an ending”.

So who were the Men that lead the army against Hussein RA?:

1- Amro bin Sa’ad.

2- Shim bin thu al Jawshan who led the left side. (was a Shia who fought under Caliph Ali RA in Siffin).

5- Shibth bin Rab’ee leader of the foot soldiers. ( wrote to Hussein RA telling him to come to kufah )

The one to expose them was their own imam al Hussein RA who called the leaders of this army (All Shia) by their names on the battle field and told them:

“O Shibth bin Rab’ee, O Hijar bin Abjar, O Qays bin al Asha’ath, O Yazid bin al Harith didn’t you write to me that the fruits had become ripe for cutting and that I come to you and find a huge army to support me?”

source: Al Irshad by al Mufid 2/98.

Comment: As you can see those who supported Ali[ra] in the battle of SIFFIN against Muawiyah[ra] {father of yazid}, killed Hussain[ra]. & these peoples are those who was called as SHIAN-E-ALI.

Another report that Abu Bakr [ra] lead the funeral prayer of Fatimah [ra]

Jafar bin Muhammad narrates from his father that Fatimah daughter of Prophet died , Abu Bakr and Umar came to pray the funeral prayer. Abu Bakr said to Ali : Go forward [i.e lead the prayer] so he said : I can't lead the prayer while you are the caliph of Prophet so Abu Bakr went ahead and performed the prayer.

Kinzul Ammal http://islamport.com/d/1/krj/1/76/911.html?zoom_highlightsub=%DD%E1%C7%DF%E4%ED

Jafar narrates from his father from his grandfather that Fatima died at night . Abu Bakr , Umar , Uthman , Talha , Zubair, Saeed and a large group came so Abu Bakr said to Ali. Go forward and pray her funeral prayer. He said , No , by God I will not go forward , you are the Caliph of Prophet . Malik said : So Abu Bakr went forward and prayed her funeral prayer with four takbir, and buried her at night.

Abu Talib's last moments from Rafidi books

Here we have Rafidah's most reliable Book TAFSEER AL-QUMMI (By Ali Ibrahim Al-Qummi). Lets see what it says regarding Tafseer of this Aya Verily! You (O, Muhammad) guide not whom you like.

Al-Qummi said: It was revealed regarding Abu Talib when the messenger of Allah[swt] was telling: "O uncle! Say: None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, so that I will come in use (i.e. my intercession) to you on the day of judgement." But instead he (Abu Talib) said, O son of my brother, I have more knowledge about myself then you. So when he died Ibn Abbas witnessed that he said it before he died, on that prophet[saw] replied: As for me, I didn't hear him say that before his deadTafseer Al-Qummi ((2/142)), ((Qassas Page: 56)) And Al-Burhan ((3/230))

And Fadhlallah Al-Rawandi said in his book ("Nawader Al-Rawandi, Page 10"): Said : Prophet[saw] said, the least punishment among the inhabitants of hell will be my uncle Abu Talib. He will be taken out from the deepth of the Hell-fire and will be put (in a place) where fire will be ankle deep, he will have slippers from fire which will boil his Brain

1.Allama Majlisi narrated that this ayat [shakir 28:56] Surely you cannot guide whom you love, but Allah guides whom He pleases, and He knows best the followers of the right way.

WAS REVEALED ABOUT ABU TALIB. see Bihar 35/155

2.Ali Ibn Ibrahim Al Qummi also said in the tafsir of this aya: ". That was revealed about Abu Talib. When prophet told him: " O uncle say that no one have right for worship exept Allah, and i will make shafaat for you in the judgment day" Abu talib replied that he knows about himself much that his nephew. When he (Abu Talib) died ibn Abbas testifed that he told it. But prophet said: "For me, i didn't hear that". see Tafsir Al Qummi 2/142

Esteemed Shia scholar Abu fadhl tabrassi said in majma al-bayan v 5 p353 :

ولا نعلم أحداً منهم استجاز الوصف بعلم الغيب لأحد من الخلق فإنما يستحق الوصف بذلك من يعلم جميع المخلوقات ، وهذه صفة القديم سبحانه ، العالم لذاته لا يشركه فيها أحد من المخلوقين ، ومن اعتقد أنّ غير الله سبحانه وتعالى يشركه في هذه الصفة خارج عن ملة الإسلام

he said : we don't know any of them(shia ) who permitted this attribution of knowing the unseen to any one from the creation , the only one deserving of such attribute is the one who knows all the creation and this is an attribute of the one without beginning subahanah, he's is the knowing by himself and no partners with him from the creation and whoever believed that other than Allah is partner with him in this then he's outside the fold of islam
