Ramadan, Maghrib And Shia

13 posts in this topic

While I was browsing through "Amaali al-Sadooq" by Ibn Babawaih al-Qummi, I stumbled with the following narration, which is extremely interesting.

The Shi'a argue that Iftaar (breaking of fasting) must be done when it is night. That the sign for knowing it is night, is the interlacing of stars.

Interestingly, their Imams say they seek refuge in Allah and disown anyone who breaks his fast when stars interlace with each others.

Council 62

Tuesday, last day of Rabie' II, 368 h.

1- Reported to us the celebrity Muhaddith & Jurist Abu Ja'far Muhammad b. Ali b. al-Hussain b. Musa b. Babawaih al-Qummi, he said: Narrated to us my father, saying: Narrated to us Muhammad b. Yahya al-'Attar saying: Narrated to us Sahl b. Ziyad al-Adamy, from Haroon b. Muslim from Muhammad b. Abi Umair, from Ali b. Ismael saying: I was told by Abu Usamah al-Shah-haam saying: I heard Abu Abdullah [as] saying:
Whoever delays Maghrib until stars interlace with each others for no good reason, I disown him before Allah.

Interesting isn't it?

May Allah curse that man who created Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V lolz

the word in the narration written min ghair ila

this has no relation to what Mr said ,for example a person watching tv and not offering prayer this could be one direction to the narration

Chain also seems to be weak because of Sehal ibne Ziyad.

As for matan then obviously if Maghrib time has appeared then it is necessary to pray first because it carries more importance then anything else.

Lolz.

We don't believe that everything is strong just because it is narrated unless it is authentic as per Sanad.

VSD is a weird bird.I have never come accros a rafidhi throwing away his own book and giving a impression that those rafidhanarrators were sinful lying disbelievers worst of mankind.

@Nawasibs are Kafir

I was expecting such foolish replies from your party.

U people are simply fond of citing weak sources so that is not my problem.

Come up with authentic proofs. A narrator when is Majhool then his narrations are likely to be Dhaeef. This is the simple rule as said by Dhabbi too.

Rafidhidisbeliever,

Conclusion: most of shia books are fairytales, and 99% of shia narrators were liars.
